Running GREAT Meetings
Running projects mean runnings meetings. Lots of meetings. Do your team members walk out of most of your meetings saying, "I am glad I did not miss that one," and "Wow, I am glad you are running our project"?
Unfortunately, many project meetings are dull and unproductive. This three-session seminar will challenge you to break your old meeting habits. Learn how to:
- Write a focused, action-oriented meeting agenda
- Figure out which issues can be handled outside of a meeting
- Keep your meetings as short as possible, but still long enough to serve their purpose
