Alex is The Strategic Project Manager, has been managing projects for 15 years and speaks internationally to project managers about strategy and strategic planning. He has seen the importance of good project management to strategic execution in companies like Mitsui Sumitomo Insurance, where he served as the Strategic Planning Office Manager. He also knows the critical value of more tactical projects, which he has run at companies like Chubb & Son, ADP, and Merrill Lynch.
Alex has spoken at dozens of PMI events in North America and Asia. Alex is a member of many project management associations, including PMI, asapm, and IPMA.
