Claudel Seide is currently the president of GlobalReach Consulting Group, providing consulting services in project management, strategic planning and professional services. Mr. Seide has signed a sales and marketing partnership agreement with Real-Life Projects, Inc. We provide project management consulting and training services together.

Prior to GlobalReach Consulting Group, Mr. Seide held leadership positions at Globix Corporation, a global technology and application services company. During eight years with Globix, Mr. Seide held the following positions: Director of Network Services and Senior Project Manager, in charge of global network deployments, vendor and contract management. He also managed the implementation of a change management system for Globix.

Prior to joining Globix Corporation, Mr. Seide spent 10 years with Verizon Communications where he handled various assignments including planning & design of telecommunication’s networks, engineering management, project management and program management. He managed very large and complex projects involving millions of telephone and data access lines, and millions of dollars in capital expenditures. He received two awards for “Excellence” and “Merit”.

Mr. Seide started his professional career in Haiti, where he worked simultaneously in the industrial and educational sectors prior to immigrating to the United States. In Haiti, he was Shift Supervisor at Sodexol S.A.M, and Assistant Vice President at Elmaco S.A. He also taught electrical technology classes at the “Centre de Formation Professionelle d’Haiti”, College Canado-Haitien.

He holds an MBA from Long Island University, a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from Polytechnic University, and a Master’s Certificate in Project Management from The George Washington University School of Business and Public Management.

Mr. Seide has been formally evaluated by the Project Management Institute for demonstrated experience, knowledge and skills to lead and direct project teams. He was bestowed the Global Credential of “Project Management Professional” or “PMP”.

He is fluent in French, English, and conversant in Spanish.
He currently serves on the Board of Directors of several not-for-profit organizations. He is a member of the following professional associations: Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), Project Management Institute (PMI), PMINYC, and the National Black MBA Association.
